The BEXHILL 100 MOTORING CLUB 10th Anniversary party - 13/09/09
On Saturday 12th September, The BEXHILL 100 MOTORING CLUB held their 10th Anniversary party and show awards evening.
The SPECIALS were invited to send 4 representatives to receive a cheque from the Motoring Club as we are one of "Their chosen charities of the year"
They were also celebrating their best ever show, held in the Polegrove on August Bank Holiday Monday.
We were presented with a cheque for a MASSIVE £1,500.
Representing the Specials was Vice Chairman Barry Elphick, Coach and committee member Geoff Aslett, committee member Jan Wyatt, and Fund Raiser Brian Wyatt.
It was a great evening and we spent a lot of time talking to members and their guests about THE SPECIALS.
Barry invited The motoring club to attend one of our training sessions in the near future to meet the teams and learn just where their money will be spent , (date to be arranged and confirmed by our Chairman Colin.)
